Badcock in Athens,TN has poor customer service it takes 20+mins to pay a bill over the phone. I went in to buy a new living room set now I've had an account with this store over a year never been late on my payments it was almost paid off but I had been thinking about get a new living room set. when I went in I found the set I wanted could not get any help from the 2 workers there when I tried to talk to them about the set I wanted to buy the workers informed me that they were trying to close I had been in the store 45mins and never was even asked if I needed any help . As a business manager myself I paid my account off because I would never treat a customer this way it unprofessional . I would love to see this store get better customer service.
